The position involves providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users, mentoring team members, and maintaining accurate records of care provided. Skills required include a relevant nursing qualification, NMC registration, strong team-working skills, and a high level of self-motivation. Shift patterns include working days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
