We have an exciting opportunity in our Rotherham clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patients lives and take on the role of Senior Nurse. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures with the aim to increase the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning and access to our in-house education programmed Academy.
Our senior nurses are responsible for undertaking the role of Nurse in Charge and when required deputise for the clinic manager; provide a mentorship approach to the team, empowering patients, qualified nurses and other staff to share knowledge and skills. You will take ownership of care programmes for renal patients and perform patient assessments throughout treatment ensuring great care is provided at all times. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaveurm processes; reviewing pre and post haemodialysis care with patients and participate in quality and service improvement programmes.
