The Lead Practice Nurse is responsible for the clinical leadership,
management, and strategic direction of the practice nursing team, including
Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants (HCAs), and phlebotomists. The post
holder will balance high-quality, direct patient care with operational
leadership, driving quality improvement, local clinical governance, and
compliance.
