Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Oversee daily spa operations:
Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance
Maximize revenue opportunities:
Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
Maintain spa facilities:
Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order
Enhance guest satisfaction:
Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience
Inspire and develop the team:
Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
Uphold regulatory standards:
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
