This is a leadership role with equal focus on health, safety and security, responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight across the hospital. Working as a key member of the hospital Leadership Team, you will support the hospital's security agenda while ensuring robust health and safety standards, effective risk management and emergency preparedness arrangements are embedded throughout the service. As the sites subject matter expert, you will provide specialist leadership in physical, procedural, relational and therapeutic security, supporting teams to balance security requirements with recovery-focused care and least restrictive
