Practice Nurse with Mentor Qualification | 18.75 hours per week | 18 month fixed term contract
Patient Care
Assist and support with clinical tasks like wound care, cytology, childhood immunisations, medicals, and chaperoning. Conduct pathology requests, and manage LTCs including Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, and the other Quality and Outcome Framework Reviews.
