As an AACCC Assistant, you will provide efficient, sensitive and individual-focused administrative support to the AACCC service, working within the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and Children and Young People's Continuing Care.
The post holder will be a key point of contact for individuals and their families and will be required to show empathy and understanding in this sensitive area of work.
