Maintenance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the building, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff to address repairs and safety concerns
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies
Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for special events or activities within the facility
Collaborate with management to plan and prioritize maintenance projects
