Salary: £25760.00 to £27476.00
This role is offered on a permanent basis. The hours are part-time, 24 hours per week.
o Provide Patient care as directed by trained staffo working with colleagues to provide a safe and welcoming environment for staff , patients and visitorso Entering patient details onto clinical systems such as SystmOneo Ordering of storeso Reception & Administrative role - booking in patients that arrive to the unit, answering telephone calls and assisting with patient and professional enquiries.o Maintaining cleaning schedules and controls stock, equipment and materials.o Contributes to promoting health and safety, minimising risk in the workplaceo Performing Clinical Observations including NEWS & PEWS scores, Visual Survey, Plastering, wound care & ECG's.
As a Health Care Assistant you will be responsible for participating and assisting in the delivery of care and services to patients. Health Care Assistants, employed by the Trust are required to follow the guidance set out in Code of Conduct for Health Care Assistants/ Health Care Support Workers to provide safe and compassionate care of a high standard, and to challenge others who are not.
