Coalbrook Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic, caring and experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly primary care team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centred care while working collaboratively with GPs and the wider healthcare team.
To assist medical personnel in the care of Practice patients to include a full range of treatment room services, preventative care, screening and patient education, childhood immunisations and a knowledge of the range of chronic disease conditions.
