Salary: £39959.00 to £48117.00
We are delighted to be offering an exciting opportunity for a Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team on Clover Ward, Mother and Baby Unit at Melbury Lodge.
To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care needs of service users.
To participate in professional meetings as required or identified.
To mentor, supervise and teach qualified and unqualified staff including students.
To manage the clinical area on a shift-by-shift basis.
To participate in the recruitment, deployment, and management of staff.
To deputise the ward manager as required.
Developing and involving in QI on the ward.
To act as the Duty Senior Nurse for the unit when allocated.
To participate and facilitate bed management and patient flow.
