- TRAP ROCK is a micro-brewery and restaurant located in Berkeley Heights offering a selection of wheats, stouts, IPA’s and lagers, created by our brew-master. We take pride in our unique cocktail list that includes infused featured whiskey and tequilas.
- Our menu includes new American cuisine with a southern twist offering house specialties and seasonal ingredients. The environment is lively, fun and everyone ALWAYS wears a smile!

- To exceed our guests’ exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional, and courteous service.

- To properly execute all necessary steps of service.
- Always ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
- To respond positively to guests’ requests.

Requirements
- Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
- Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills.
- Display a confident and professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
High school diploma preferred
Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
Must be able to carry about 40lbs.
