Clinical Coder, based at the Kirkholt Medical Practice.
Access the EmisWeb clinical system. Code the incoming documents/letters
and attach them to the patient record. Read through the documents/letters, code
the appropriate entries into clinical system. Triage these and determine
whether they should be forwarded to the GP/ other healthcare professional for
them to view/action
