We are seeking to recruit an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our GP practice in Manchester.
Complete medicines reconciliations post hospital discharge, investigating queries with hospital departments and community pharmacies.
Respond to medication queries from patients, GPs, nurses, receptionists, and other healthcare professionals within the post holders expertise in a professional manner e.g. removing unwanted items, checking review dates, ensuring necessary monitoring has been carried out, arranging compliance aids and investigating out of stock medicines. The post holder should refer on to an appropriate clinician where necessary in accordance with practice protocols.
