To manage a caseload of community adult clients with multiple and complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
To support the team/clinical lead in providing clinical and supervisory leadership to junior colleagues, support workers and students within own area of responsibility, within the multidisciplinary team.
To be jointly responsible with other colleagues with the implementation of policy, protocol, service/practice development and change within own are of responsibility.
To continue to demonstrate specialist clinical skills in practice and provide support/advice re service development and the delivery of care, in partnership with service users, careers, staff, managers and other agencies.
