an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. Our certified nurse aide performs person centered personal cares for the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Current Scheduling Needs

Position Details
We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.
This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation.
Pay
$20.12-22.50 per hour, dependent upon experience
Essential Job Functions
Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, per the care plan.
Monitors residents’ condition responds to needs promptly, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately documents care each shift.
Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
At least 16 years of age.
Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
