Position Details
We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.
This position may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled.

Essential Job Functions
Communicates respectfully with residents, families, and staff while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
Administers prescribed medications per policy, including related assessments such as blood pressure and pulse checks.
Monitors residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse.
Maintains current medication/healthcare knowledge through required training and meetings; provides on-call and other assigned duties.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Certification required.
Certified by the State of Wisconsin for medication administration. CBRF/AL medication training does not qualify.
Maintained working 100 hours as a Med Admin Aide and 4 hours of medication training per calendar year since completing program.
