Salary: £66274.00 to £73496.00
As a Clinical Lead you will be responsible for the oversight of a high quality Adult Audiology Service, ensuring that our service users' needs are fully met.
To provide aural rehabilitation for adults which includes providing counselling to distressed patients about their hearing loss and associated problems, and to have the ability to make decisions about the most appropriate course of treatment for the patients in their care.
To lead on the Improving Quality in Physiological Services (IQIPS) accreditation process.
To be responsible for monitoring the continued professional development for all staff within the Audiology Service.
To be responsible for the clinical supervision of all audiologists.
To be responsible for the day to day management of the Audiology Service.
To carry out general duties and maintain a programme of continuing professional development working towards high levels of professional competence.
To deputise for the Head of Service
