We're looking for an experienced and innovative Leadership & Management Consultant to join our pioneering Tri-Trust Leadership Team, working across Chelsea & Westminster Foundation Trust, Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust & Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Lead the design, facilitation and evaluation of leadership and management development programmes.
Create engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended learning experiences.
Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, action learning and development events.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from frontline teams through to Executive Directors.
Use data, feedback and organisational insight to shape future learning priorities.
Help drive innovation in digital learning and modern leadership development approaches.
Support the delivery of a shared Tri-Trust leadership strategy while responding to local organisational needs.
