At InHealth, our Healthcare Assistants are key to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Youll work across multiple Audiology sites in London, supporting patients throughout their appointments and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. What youll be doing
- Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for
- Preparing patients for hearing tests and supporting the clinical team during procedures
- Completing forms, updating records, and maintaining accurate patient information
- Assisting clinicians to make sure every appointment runs efficiently
- Keeping clinical areas clean, safe, and well-organised
- Supporting with stock, admin, and general clinic coordination

- Someone who enjoys working in different settings and can travel between sites
- A calm, empathetic communicator with great attention to detail
- A team player whos happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient systems
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role

18.75 per week, Mon-Fri, between 8am-6pm
