The Weekend Chef de Partie will play a key role within Jewish Cares Hospitality Team, supporting the delivery of high-quality catering services within our care homes and community services. Working as part of the kitchen team, the postholder will assist the Sous Chef in delivering excellent food services and hospitality experiences for residents, visitors, and colleagues. The role involves overseeing elements of food preparation and production, ensuring meals are prepared to a high standard, maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards, and supporting the delivery of menus that reflect individual dietary, cultural, and nutritional needs. Working as part of a collaborative catering team, the postholder will help create enjoyable dining experiences that contribute to residents wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Weekend Chef de Partie to join our Hospitality Team at Jewish Care.
