The Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for supporting the delivery of KFMs marketing and communications strategy through the effective use of digital, internal, and external communication channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and colleagues across the organisation, the post holder will help plan, create, and deliver engaging campaigns that promote KFMs services, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance the organisations reputation. The role involves managing content across websites, intranet platforms, newsletters, social media channels, and marketing materials, while supporting events, stakeholder engagement activities, and brand management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring communications are creative, consistent, and aligned with KFMs values, objectives, and corporate identity.
