As a Practice Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of primary care services within our practice. You will work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to provide holistic and patient-centred care. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Experience working in a primary care or community setting.
Strong clinical skills in chronic disease management, immunisations, and wound care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
