A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time UKDTN Research Nurse, Band 6, to join Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about dementia research. The post holder will join a wider research team of Principal Investigators; research nurses, local and national UK Dementia Trials Network and Alzheimer's Society funded staff to develop and coordinate early phased dementia clinical trials across Lancashire & South Cumbria from our NIHR Lancashire Clinical Research Facility.
The post holder will be expected to participate fully in their personal development and annual review process to achieve the objectives for this post. This will include engagement in UKDTN educational and development opportunities. The post holder will have a key role in supporting the delivery of early phase dementia clinical research including physical health monitoring and clinical rating scale administrations.
