Salary: £49387.00 to £56515.00
The right candidate will provide
a broad range of nursing services, including long-term condition reviews,
health promotion and preventative care. Clinical duties will include
observations and investigations, wound care, vaccinations and immunisations,
cervical screening, travel health and other procedures appropriate to their
training and competence.
The appointed Practice Nurse will maintain accurate clinical
records, follow safeguarding, infection prevention and control procedures, and
comply with Practice policies and relevant guidance. The role will also involve
supporting colleagues and students, contributing to clinical quality standards,
maintaining NMC registration and undertaking continuing professional
development.
