Salary: £39959.00 to £48117.00
Here in Leeds we are committed to the ongoing development of our 0-19 Public Health Integrated Nursing Service and as such we continue to search for dedicated Specialist Public Health Nurses (Health Visitors) to join our 0-19 teams across the city.
You will have an active role in promoting and improving health outcomes by identifying and prioritising intervention based on complexity of need.
