Saline, MI | Full-Time
All Shifts Available:
First Shift- 7:00a-3:30p
Second Shift- 3:00p-11:30p
Third Shift- 11:00p-7:30a
Up to $1,500 sign-on bonus for 2nd shift!

Resident Assistants
to support seniors with daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and a safe, welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
Report changes in resident condition and ensure accurate documentation
Help maintain a clean, safe living environment
Support social activities, light housekeeping, and laundry
Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred
A caring attitude and respect for seniors
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong communication and teamwork skills
