We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Operational Service Assistant to join our dynamic and forward thinking Northwich Care Community. As a Integrated Care Community, we are proud of the transformation work we have already achieved in order to establish the "Right Professional, Right Place, Right Time" approach.
The Operational Service Assistant will provide comprehensive, quality, confidential administrative support to the Community Services within the Northwich Care Community including managing calls, referrals and supporting the clinical staff. They will be expected to organise their own workload whilst being supported by the Care Community Co-Ordinator, ensuring that an efficient service is provided to the population of the CCICP's Care Communities.
