This
is an exciting time to be working in general practice and shaping the future of
primary care. Brighton North and Central PCN are seeking experienced, motivated
and forward-thinking Pharmacy Technician to join our existing pharmacy team.
The post-holder will be responsible for carrying out a variety of
duties and roles for individual practices and the PCN and will drive medicines reconciliation and
optimisation through undertaking tasks such as, but not limited to; the safe
transfer of care from secondary and tertiary settings, promote and manage
repeat dispensing and online ordering with the aim of reducing medicines
wastage through safe and cost-effective prescribing.
