About the role
The post holder will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to deliver high-quality, safe, equitable and sustainable services across the system. They will lead system integration, fostering collaboration across organisations to improve pathways, outcomes and population health. The role is responsible for driving quality improvement, reducing unwarranted variation and ensuring services meet national and local priorities. They will act as a steward of resources, ensuring effective use of workforce and financial investment, while supporting place-based delivery that addresses local needs and inequalities.
