Salary: £66582.00 to £77368.00
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join us as an HR Business Partner on a six-month fixed-term or secondment basis.
You will support one of our Clinical Divisions
Provide advice and guidance on complex employee relations cases (performance, conduct, sickness, behaviours)
Support delivery of workforce plans, service change, and transformation programmes
Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in people management
Ensure timely management of cases to reduce risk and improve outcomes
Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to provide a consistent and high-quality service
