Assist clinical staff during ENT consultations and procedures, including the preparation and positioning of patients to ensure their comfort and safety
Prepare and maintain clinical environments, ensuring all equipment and instruments are clean, sterilised and ready for use ahead of each clinic
Provide patients with clear information, comfort and reassurance before, during and after procedures, helping to put them at ease throughout their visit
Adhere to infection control policies and maintain compliance with all health and safety standards at all times
