children, young people and families across Nottingham City? We are seeking a
compassionate and motivated Community Public Health Nurse to join our innovative
0-19 Children's Public Health Nursing Service.
As a Community Public Health
Nurse, you will work with children, young people and families to promote
health, wellbeing and positive life outcomes. You will deliver a range of
public health interventions, assessments and targeted support programmes, working
collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies across health, education,
social care and voluntary services.
