Description: This is an onsite only position providing operational support via data entry, verification and database maintenance.
Schedule: Flexible within the hours of 9am -5pm EST, Monday - Friday.
Compensation: $19 - $22 / Hour (DOE)
Responsibilities: Generate daily/nightly reports, i.e., analytics and census reports, as needed
Data entry and database management with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Collect, verify and maintain data from various sources
Communicate regularly with physicians on accuracy of charge submissions
Data entry of physician staffing plan and distributing monthly call schedule, as needed
Regularly monitor the progress of assigned tasks
Other data operational tasks as assigned

Requirements: Proficient in database platforms, MS Office, and Adobe
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, business environment
Bonus Skills (not required): Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
Working knowledge of a variety of EHR systems
Experience with medical billing and/or coding
Qualifications: Associates degree preferred
