As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, your main responsibilities will include delivering high quality clinical care within a GP surgery, supporting clinical leads and local practice teams, and adhering to the highest professional standards as set out by the GMC. You will maintain quality within the practice through clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement of health outcomes. Clinical care will include consultation sessions, telephone triage, and other clinical administration tasks. You will work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support surgery action plans, focusing on list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF, and other KPI targets.
