Salary: Negotiable
The postholder will provide high quality primary care
services as part of the Enhanced Access Service, delivering care to patients
across the local Primary Care Network (PCN). The role may be undertaken either
through face to face consultations at designated Enhanced Access sites or via
remote consultations (telephone and/or video), depending on the session booked.
The postholder will ensure patients receive timely, safe, and effective care
during enhanced access hours.
The GP will undertake the full range of clinical duties
expected within a general practice setting, including patient assessment,
diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, referrals, and the investigation and
interpretation of test results. Where ongoing management or follow-up is
required, this will be communicated appropriately to the patient's registered
practice or relevant healthcare provider.
(Remote clinicians must have access to an
approved practice laptop with EMIS Web & Accrux installed)
