As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, the role involves delivering high quality clinical care to patients at the GP surgery, closely working with clinical leads and the local practice team to support operational plans. The job requirements include maintaining quality within the practice through participation in clinical governance activities, audits, and adhering to standards including those set by CQC and the GMC. Practitioners will perform consultations in person or via video, telephone triage, medication reviews, safeguarding, and more. Key factors include a commitment to quality and patient-focused services, sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs, and ideally familiarity with clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb.
