The General Practitioner role at Operose Health involves delivering high-quality clinical care to patients enrolled and attending Mitchinson Road Surgery. The GP is expected to collaborate closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the implementation of the surgeries operational plan. Responsibilities include maintaining quality within the practice, engaging in clinical governance activities, undertaking consultation sessions both in person and via video, and providing telephone triage. Additionally, the GP will handle clinical administration duties such as correspondence, results, medication reviews, and prescription signing, while adhering to the highest personal and professional standards set by the GMC. The GP will also work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the surgery action plans development, delivery, and review, focusing on list growth, patient satisfaction levels, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, and resource management. Newly qualified GPs receive support, including financial and practical backing to become F2 supervisors or GP trainers.
