As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care at St Luke's Health Centre. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical care to patients, participating in clinical governance activities, and contributing to improving health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. You will also engage in various clinical tasks, including consultations, triage, medication reviews, and participation in surgery meetings and on-call duties. The position requires a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and putting individual patient care as a priority. You will collaborate with the Practice Manager and clinical leads to support the development and delivery of the surgery action plan, focusing on patient satisfaction, quality standards, and performance targets. The ideal candidate will have current registration with the GMC and NHS performers list, GP accreditation, and a clear commitment to delivering patient-focused services.
