As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high-quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You'll work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. Duties include maintaining quality within the practice, ensuring participation in clinical governance activity, and contributing to the improvement of health outcomes through audits. You'll adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set by the GMC, prioritizing individual patient care. Other responsibilities involve working with the Practice Manager to support the development and review of the surgery action plan, patient satisfaction, and other quality standards.
