We are looking for an experienced practice nurse with excellent knowledge and experience in the following areas:
The post holder is responsible for the delivery of general practice
nursing to the whole
practice population. Supported by the GPs within the practice, they will recognise
and work within their own competence and professional code of conduct as
regulated by the NMC. The post holder will make an assessment of the patients
needs and act upon their assessment.
Produce accurate, contemporaneous and complete records of patient
consultations, consistent with legislation, policies and procedures. They will
act collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients
by providing quality evidence based care. They will support the delivery of
policy and procedures and will be responsible for maintaining a personal
development plan.
