An opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated Band 5 Public Health Staff Nurse to work with the health visitors within the integrated 0-19 Children's and Young People Public Health Service in the West Locality based in Witney.
Within the caseload, and as delegated by the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse the post holder will contribute to the safe and effective delivery of the 0-19 service.
Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.
