Salary: £49387.00 to £56515.00
The Clinical Lead Practitioner will provide senior clinical leadership and professional expertise within the CAMHS multidisciplinary team. The postholder will lead and support high-quality assessment, care planning and intervention for children and young people with complex mental health needs, while carrying a small, complex caseload.
Key elements of the role include:o Providing clinical leadership, consultation and structured supervision.o Supporting complex clinical decision-making, risk assessment and risk management.o Leading safeguarding practice and supporting learning following incidents.o Promoting evidence-based practice, high professional standards and effective record keeping.o Supporting clinical governance, audit, service review and quality improvement.o Developing staff confidence, competence and learning opportunities.o Strengthening collaborative working and clinical pathways across CAMHS and partner services.o Supporting safe, effective and timely transitions into and out of CAMHS.
