Requirements
What You'll Do as a Sales Associate
- Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the sales experience
- Listen to each customer's individual needs and help them select the right vehicle
- Present, demonstrate, promote, and sell vehicles using Performance sales techniques
- Provide knowledgeable information about vehicle features, options, and benefits
- Maintain consistent communication and follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Establish and achieve individual and dealership sales performance goals
- Assist customers throughout the entire purchase and delivery process
- Ensure customers understand their vehicle's operating features, warranty information, and applicable paperwork at delivery
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused sales environment
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
