Newport Pagnell Medical Centre is looking to recruit a Neighbourhood & PCN Service Delivery Lead working 22.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday.
Coordinate the operational delivery of PCN priorities and programmes.
Support delivery of PCN contractual requirements and agreed work plans.
Monitor progress against objectives and ensure timely delivery of actions.
Ensure appropriate reporting arrangements are in place.
Support implementation of new services and initiatives.
Maintain oversight of programme milestones and outcomes.
Line manage designated ARRS staff and other PCN workforce as required.
Support recruitment, induction and onboarding processes.
Conduct supervision, appraisal and personal development reviews.
Manage attendance, wellbeing and performance issues in line with organisational policies.
Support workforce planning and deployment across services.
Promote staff engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
