Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients throughout their recovery journey.
Complete assessments, care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation, ensuring these are regularly reviewed.
Administer medication safely and monitor patients physical and mental health.
Work closely with the MDT, patients and families to support treatment plans and positive outcomes.
Support patients with therapeutic interventions, daily activities and their recovery goals.
Respond appropriately to changes in patients presentation, escalating concerns where required.
Contribute to a safe, supportive and therapeutic ward environment.
