Queen Square Medical Practice is seeking an experienced and
motivated Practice Nurse with a particular interest and expertise in diabetes
management to join our friendly and progressive clinical team.
The successful candidate will participate in leading and supporting the delivery of diabetes care within the practice, ensuring patients receive evidence based assessment, treatment, education and ongoing management.
