forward-thinking training practice, where staff wellbeing, professional
development and clinical excellence are central to our ethos.
The Practice Nurse supports safe, effective patient care across infection control, long-term condition management, and population health. Core duties include working to IPC policy, assessing patient needs, and contributing to quality improvement. The role develops and delivers care plans for frail or housebound patients and supports public health programmes such as immunisations, cervical screening, and opportunistic health promotion. Population health approaches are embedded to reduce inequalities and improve access.
