We are recruiting a Part Time Audio Typist.
Typing of clinic letters to patients and other healthcare professionals with accuracy and attention to detail. Processing these letters to the patients and healthcare professionals. Checking outcomes of the clinic attendance. Answering phone. Scanning into patients EPR record.
To type clinic notes, operation notes, pre operative notes, ward notes, specialist reports, discharge summaries, conference notes and correspondence of varied medical terminology, accurately through audio typing distributing as necessary to the relevant healthcare professions. This work involves a significant use of word processing and the Trusts computer systems, PAS, EPR and Microsoft Office and digital dictation system.
