An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Radiology booking co-ordinator/receptionist (6 month fixed-term contract) to join our team.
Radiology Booking Co-ordinators will manage delegated responsibility in operating a full booking process, receiving paper and electronic referrals for Radiology specialties. Each Booking Co-ordinator will have a lead responsibility for clinic management for a group of Radiologists/Specialties. Booking Co-ordinators will be expected to provide cross cover to other modalities in the absence of colleagues and will be expected to work on a rota basis covering NHS/Private patients bookings, imaging exchange and reception.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff within Access, Medical and nursing staff, X Ray, Pre op staff, Records staff at other Hospitals & GP Practice staff.
